YAP Youth Action Planning

The YAP group is a youth forum which is crucial to the running of the project in North Warwickshire and Nuneaton.

We currently have about 12 volunteers who come along to meetings that are held once every six weeks.

There is an agenda and the volunteers discuss what they want to see our project doing in the future.

From the Youth Forum we have developed 2 sub groups. One is a steering group, who will look at how the project is run. The volunteers involved are Jason Temple, Lizzie Poole, Natalie Ditchfield, Rebecca Udale and Abigale Udale. They have decided to call themselves VOICE OVER. They will also have a say in what the project will be called in the future.

We are also looking at setting up a Marketing and Promotions sub group. Volunteers in this group will have a say on the promotional materials we get for our project. They will look at designs for T.shirts and beer mats.
